I’m a Senior Product Manager working at Kry. Currently helping clinicians to conduct video, voice & chat consultations and messaging to patients.

I have worked at Nando’s, NHSX, the Department of Health and Social Care, the Ministry of Defence, Department of Health (before it became DHSC), Department for Work and Pensions and at UK Parliament.

Selection of things I’ve worked on;

• a new website for Nandos
• creating a new service from scratch in the matter of weeks to help bring back skilled volunteers to the NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic
• a discovery into children and young people’s mental health services
• the NHSX website
• the new website for UK Parliament
• supporting the revamping of the Healthy Start service
• designing and prototyping services within DWP
• leading service assessments to help teams running Government services to meet standards
• running a cross-health & social care product management community of practice
• building data science capability in the Royal Navy
• part of a winning team working on an innovation challenge

Education

Before Parliament and Government I studied at the University of Sheffield, Tsinghua University and the University of Southampton. I’ve lived and worked in Korea and China. Born in Newcastle and raised mostly in Northumberland.
